Established in 1981, the Depot Square Artists' Group was formerly housed in the Depot Square Gallery in historic Lexington, MA until its closing two years ago. Though now without a permanent home, the 19 juried members comprising the Depot Square Artists have continued to show together as a group. As they search out new venues and continue to expand their following, members of the cooperative find they are reinvigorated by the challenges they have overcome together and refreshed with the opportunities presented as they open new doors.

Within the Depot Square membership, a variety of media and techniques are practiced. Visitors to this show can expect to see oils, watercolor, acrylics, printmaking, ceramics, fiber, and collage. While works range in both technique and style, they show together extremely well and create a strong presentation for this group of artists. Individually, the juried artists of Depot Square are affiliated with several important visual arts organizations, including Boston Printmakers, Cambridge Art Association, Concord Art Associaition, the Monotype Guild of New England, and the New England Watercolor Society.
